Steve Adubato, Ph.D. is an Emmy Award-winning anchor on PBS, media analyst and Star-Ledger columnist. He is also the best selling author of three books, a distinguished university lecturer and professional communications coach whose company Stand & Deliver offers invaluable workshops and executive one-on-one coaching. As a media and communication expert, Steve has appeared on the TODAY Show, CNN, FOX News, MSNBC and CBS/2 in New York and has provided expert on-air commentary for NPR--National Public Radio.

Steve is the founder and president of Stand & Deliver: Communication Tools for Tomorrow's Leaders, which was created in 1999 to teach young adults to communicate clearly and with passion. Stand & Deliver believes that by building a young adult's ability to communicate effectively, it strengthens self-esteem, confidence, and leadership development. Stand & Deliver workshops take place in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Newark, Union County and Trenton, providing urban youth the necessary skills to fully participate in the workforce, lead and facilitate change and document important civic issues.
